Came in from Charlottesville looking for a restaurant with a quiet atmosphere to host 3 customers for a dinner/WebEx presentation. Private room not booked for the night in question, but told it is only available for groups of 18 and $500 minimum. During COVID even?! Fail on customer service & gaining new customers.

Jennifer, I apologize that we were unable to meet your accommodation needs for the two diners you wanted to do a presentation to on your laptop. I feel it's necessary to expand on the reasoning further. As the host mentioned, the only space that is currently available for reservations is our Private Dining Room, which seats up to 20 people (18 more comfortably). Every time I come into 2nd Street I'm greeted as a friend. i am glad they are back and it is great to be able to go there again.
