Permanently closed, I miss this little place, I was my spot to sit, watch the world go by and enjoy a cheap beer. Never felt uncomfortable, always the place to be. Little bars like this are tying, being replaced by theme bars with expensive drinks. Seeing this place close was like having a friend die. RIP Second Floor Lounge, I will never forget you.

Yes it's a little rough around the edges, but it's a cheap drink, and you are made to feel comfortable. I sit on the balcony enjoy a cigar and a couple of beers, it's great to escape the crowds every now and then. Update: I just heard this place is closed forever. Another great bar leaves Adelaide. Adelaide is now becoming like other capital cities, it's lacking variety, and all the bars are looking the same. I once loved Adelaide, now I avoid it.
