Helpful staff, friendly service. Second Cup London Fogs are the best and this was just as good. They didn't have gingersnap lattes on the menu anymore as it's a Christmas drink, but they said they had the ingredients and were able to make it nevertheless. I had a date square and it was good as well. The restaurant might need a refresh however as it's getting a little bit beat up looking. The only negative the could be said.
Comfortable surroundings. Not too busy. Not a big fan of their coffee, however...
