Very friendly staff, Canadian owned and operated, the manager cares about their store and is very friendly. Food is fresh and consistently tasty. Coffees and mixed drinks are also consistent in temperature -hot/cold (respectively), flavour and quality. Service is always accurate, knowledgeable and friendly.
