Horrible customer service. Each time I come, it's always a 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Furthermore, the woman today put my iced drink (was not the right order), in a hot cup. Ridiculous. This was after the 20 minute wait to get my wrong order (only car in the drive through). No accountability at all by the woman today. Not ok. Never coming back here again.
There is only one amazing lady that works there and she does it all even though she is always by herself, she does everything in a timely matter for how busy it gets for just one person but still makes sure to pay attention and make the coffees amazing! If I cam give her 5 stars I would. You need more staff on at a time. The guy on the other hand, is always sitting on his phone and EVERY time I come in the drive threw is ALWAYS "out of order" AND the debit machine is always "systems down". Unfortunately there was only one girl handling the drive thru and in store customers. It obviously was too much to handle. THey really need to have more people on site to handle the customer load. One person cannot handle the cashier and make food and drinks at the same time. I wanted to get a bacon and egg bagel but she didn’t have time to make one so I had to settle with what was in the showcase. Poor service and options of food choices
