*edit July 23rd: guess we can confirm that the owner stopped caring. they closed permanently without updating anything online. hope they don't own any other franchises! Things are constantly broken here. 3 times in the last week I've gone in and couldn't pay by debit. I feel sorry for the staff, it's like the franchise owner has stopped caring.
Usually when I came here this India guy, there is no greeting. He doesn't know how to serve a customer. He's very rude guy. I upset. I never come anymore for this location, but the other lady always makes me feel nice great service. also 2 3 times coffee shop is closed or system issue no buddy to update on the website!!
Incredibly disappointed, I would give zero stars if I could. I have been getting coffee here for a few months now after work and on the weekends, and customer service has been an issue. There are two young ladies who work there (a blonde and a brown woman) who have been very sweet to me when I come in but the older woman and young man are incredibly rude and make terrible coffee.
