Today Feb 14, 2026 during lunch time, I was at this second cup location. The girl by the name Riya who made my late was fabulous, with welcoming Personality, she is the best by far at this business. My late was hot enough with good test. However, previously when I visited this location received unpleasant personalty and My late wasn’t hot enough & doesn’t test like Today. Needs training.
I don’t usually leave reviews but felt inclined to do so after experiencing some pretty bad service from this second cup. I used to always encounter one of the female employees who was always so lovely and kind. There’s a new girl that works here who is extremely rude - cut me off when requesting an iced coffee in the morning by saying “we don’t make iced coffee here this early” - that’s new to me! Absolute worst location in the entire city. The coffee is always wrong. There is a huge long wait period even if you are the only person there. And she gives attitude. Bare minimum effort and never any non dairy milks. You are better off to drink coffee burnt out of a 7 11
