I don’t normally write reviews like this; but each time I come here the man/order taker is incredibly rude. Doesn’t smile or acknowledge me although I try to be respectful. A real shame because the coffee is good.
While waiting in line, another lady came from the other side to order. The cashier served her first and told us to step back and said “she was here first” to which the other woman turned and both sneered at us. Both are Filipino and we are white. I will not tolerate any racist behaviour from anyone. I will be contacting head office as this is disgusting. Take your racist behaviour elsewhere. I hope people see this and never patronize the west Edmonton mall second cup.
