Staff doesn’t own an ounce of customer service And the coffee was nasty 🤮
One of the workers a lady with glasses was very disrespectful towards me and my four friends. She claimed that we were being too loud in the establishment when we had already bought food prior. She was very disrespectful and my friend and told my friends what are you laughing at when we weren’t even laughing at her she said that we were students who don’t have a mind. Garbage customer service!! The lady working was SO disrespectful. She rushed us and was visibly annoyed and had a nasty attitude when asked a few simple question about the menu/drinks. This is incredibly unprofessional and ruined our experience here. The staff at this location clearly need training on BASIC manners and customer service.
This place used to be impeccable, but something changed around 6 months ago. They lost consistency on their prepared drinks and now they are not tasty (we ordered Chai latte and Cappuccino most times), the bagel & cream cheese seems like an offense (dry bread, almost no cream cheese).
