This place used to be impeccable, but something changed around 6 months ago. They lost consistency on their prepared drinks and now they are not tasty (we ordered Chai latte and Cappuccino most times), the bagel & cream cheese seems like an offense (dry bread, almost no cream cheese). Honestly ive been going to this location frequently since the sxhool year started, and ever since then ive watched them raise their prices through the roof. The sausage roll used to be 3.50$ i believe and now it’s 4.50$. It honestly just makes me sad since a lot of high schoolers go there every day, it feels like they are taking advantage of their customers. All their bakery prices have gone up so much, and ive stopped going there.

I ordered the new power vanilla latte and when I took a sip, it had clumps throughout the drink. I asked the staff if I could exchange it for a regular vanilla latte and they said no. They did not offer to remake it and they said that I could not exchange it. The drink went in the garbage, and I will not be returning. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing service. They don’t own up to you are only a transaction to them even if you’re a frequent customer. Next time I’ll just go to Starbucks across the road or Tim Hortons just down the road.
