Friendly people but their caramel frappe tastes like a doormat. Need better training.
Front counter attendants are lowkey rude and shady. Was not friendly at all. We had a bit of misunderstanding with using the washroom and she responded with attitude. I simply asked if it was open.
The coffee was amazing, the staff was not very helpful or respectful
