Our service was quick, efficient and friendly. However the product of the work was four cups of different burnt coffee variations. Over burnt espresso, over brunt ice coffee, mocha and latte.
Everything is wonderful, to the people working here, to the delicious food. (I recommend the maple bacon and cheese sandwich) It's a nice quiet place to go and study, read, or just talk. I have been going here for around a year and a half, and my thoughts have never changed. The drink variety changes sometimes with the seasons, it is all so amazing, I definitely recommend coming here!!
Very disappointing experience at Second Cup. I ordered a Frocho expecting the drink shown/advertised, including the whipped topping. Instead, I received a completely different drink — no whipped topping, very little taste, and it was basically just a blended drink with no flavor. The customer service was also disappointing. I asked a simple question about what the Frocho drink was like, but the employee had a very poor attitude and seemed unwilling to answer.
