I feel ridiculous even writing this, but I feel like it needs to be said. Went through the drive-thru last week and ordered a coffee. Was told a price and pulled up to the window. The staff member held the debit machine just outside the window and due to glare and the angle, I couldn’t see what was on the screen. Lots of seating here and great decorations for Valentines day! Super sweet owner or manager, who came around with candy for patrons. Great service.
Ordered a small coffee worth 250 points and the cashier redeemed 500 points which are for medium coffee from my rewards instead of 250.will not come again for this kind of service
