Came to the store at 4:30pm to order an ice coffee on Monday April.21st I asked the lady on the till for one that had Milk and she had no clue how to explain it at all and said they can’t put milk in them. Didn’t put enough ice in my drink and it was melting really fast I went to request a cup of ice and was charged $1.05 for a cup of ice.
The flat white I ordered was a bitter extraction, not good espresso. The cashier was cordial enough; unfortunately the barrista was being passive aggressive in body language. I felt too uncomfortable to ask for a different drink.
Very rude and poor customer service here!! Came to buy a latte. The cashier was very rude with an angry face. Took the order and turned around. I complained the manager, her attitude is same as her worker, did not handle the problem professionally! Very disappointed! Avoid this place!!!!
It was a quite quick buy. Good service.
I just bought a frozen hot chocolate from here . I gave it to my child to drink some when I finally took it back and took a sip it was so watered down. Barely any taste of chocolate at all. Went back and she was so rude to me saying how I drank already half the cup and that they put the right amount of scoops . Really ruined my shopping day .will never drink from here again.
