I told who I think is the manager... who seemed bothered when I asked for washroom key, who checked the washroom out, that obviously hasn't been properly cleaned in several days, weeks or even months! Customer service is perfect and all contents are good specially hot drink
Oh, one of the worst coffee and cakes. Got a super dry cake for $8, not even sure if it was fresh, and a bitter $3 espresso, I can say it’s bad. Coffee beans over roasted. They served it in a paper cup even though I said I’m going to stay inside.
