I did not enjoy my experience at Second Cup. Their latte upset my stomach, causing gas and diarrhea, which seems like a possible hygiene issue with the milk or preparation. Considering the high prices, I expected much better quality.
Always takes at least 5 minutes at the drive through, even with only one car ahead, sometimes only myself. Often out of croissants or very stale which was explainable after one day seeing the manager come in with a carton of them from a grocery store. Went to buy $150 worth of gift cards with my coffee the other day , for stocking stuffers and was told they don't do gift cards. Won't be going back.
My go-to spot for coffee—it truly makes my day. The service is excellent and the quality is always top-notch. The beautiful décor adds such a lovely, cozy aesthetic. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or spending some time there, it’s a wonderful place to be. Thank you!
It was a wonderful experience and they had a great customer service. Mina was the best
It took over 10min for the barista to come over to the counter to take my order. She took the order of 4 people in the drive thru and made their drinks while I waited at the counter. I ordered a hot chocolate that was supposed to be kids temp but it was scolding hot. Atmosphere was nice but the service was bad.
