I recently visited Second Cup Cafe, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was slow even though the café wasn’t busy. The lady at the counter was very rude and didn’t speak politely at all. When I asked to use the washroom, she told me I couldn’t use it unless I made a purchase. She clearly said I have to buy something first and only then I can use the washroom. The way she said it was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Honestly, second cup is usually my go-to coffee place as the quality is the same every time. However, today I go and order through the drive through and get my usual as always. They didn't make it right, I wasn't upset about it, I just went in and said I'm so sorry this isn't exactly what I ordered. The girl looked at me and said yes it is, I said no.... it wasn't.
