Honestly, second cup is usually my go-to coffee place as the quality is the same every time. However, today I go and order through the drive through and get my usual as always. They didn't make it right, I wasn't upset about it, I just went in and said I'm so sorry this isn't exactly what I ordered. The girl looked at me and said yes it is, I said no.... it wasn't. I did not enjoy my experience at Second Cup. Their latte upset my stomach, causing gas and diarrhea, which seems like a possible hygiene issue with the milk or preparation. Considering the high prices, I expected much better quality.
Always takes at least 5 minutes at the drive through, even with only one car ahead, sometimes only myself. Often out of croissants or very stale which was explainable after one day seeing the manager come in with a carton of them from a grocery store. Went to buy $150 worth of gift cards with my coffee the other day , for stocking stuffers and was told they don't do gift cards. Won't be going back.
