Undercooked food and bad service – If you like your food raw and your service rude, this is the place to go. Horrible slow service. Rude reponses regarding inquiry about meal after waiting an hour. There are so many good places in El Segundo, definitely SKIP this place.
Rude Manager & poor service... – An absolutely atrocious dining experience! We were seated at noon and did not receive our orders until 1PM. Only when we inquired with the manager, he replied, that "they were doing the best that they could and it was the end of the lunch rush, so we would just have to wait" while other patrons who had arrived after us were finishing their meals. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I was taken back by his rude response. He basically blamed us for not being able to accomodate our order.... read more
