The apartment is good overall, and I was happy when I first moved in. However, after just one year, the rent increased significantly. The large price increase has been very very painful and disappointing, making it difficult to continue living here despite the positive aspects of the property. They have trained and lovely staffs, but the rent increased dramatically after only one year. The steep price hike is disappointing and puts a financial burden on tenants. The management need to look into it. Thank you
