I have been at Sebring Apartments for the last 3 years 8 months now, we have had the most best experience here, it’s a clean quiet environment and mostly if you have kids. My high light, we would like to express our utmost gratitude to the Management Connie Kemp and Sharon Brent, excellent team, they are always on top of any requests made on maintenance and always do a follow up. I wanted to take time to thank both Sexton communities in Speedway. I've lived at Stanford for 18 years and needed a fresh start. Tom Tressie Jane helped me move to Sebring Court. I like my new place. Thanks for making it easy.
I've been trying to contact them using the official website contact page because I have a few questions about the 1 bedroom apartment. My message does get delivered to them since I receive a confirmation, but no one seems to get back to me regarding my query. Guess I'll take that as a red flag and not move here.
The apartment is good overall, and I was happy when I first moved in. However, after just one year, the rent increased significantly. The large price increase has been very very painful and disappointing, making it difficult to continue living here despite the positive aspects of the property. They have trained and lovely staffs, but the rent increased dramatically after only one year. The steep price hike is disappointing and puts a financial burden on tenants. The management need to look into it. Thank you
