As of right now, December 19, 2013 at 9:54 pm EST, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the new WiFi. The guys who installed these "upgraded" routers claimed that the cloud would be faster. However, I had WAAAYYYYY faster service beforehand. I do not want the old routers back because Inever used it, I had my own running through the Ethernet; I would appreciate it if you could have the Ethernet ports reconnected.
Right now this place is becoming unwelcoming...
