Now I see why everyone leaves Sebastian as soon as they signed I renewed my lease in January then I get a notice saying I have till the 31st to move out?! Like wtf & I'm not talking about the paper Im talking about a phone call notice smh...after this year is up I'm out gotta go some where else then saying my overages are $200+ dollars but I'm not ever homethanks Sebastian you all just made me moving next year a lot easier

I love Sebastian village.. It close to campus and its always something to do . Its an exciting place to live and Im glad I choose to stay here.
