Anyone looking to lease a room between June-August I will have one available for $400 per month. 3BR/3BA , currently have two roommates both female.
Move in was a complete failure yesterday. My daughters Anthonia and Gabriella Bragg moved yesterday to the filthiest apartment ever. We had to clean the place ourselves. Last night my girls had to sleep in the floor due to furniture not being delivered. Chaos is an understatement to describe the lack of organization and lack of direction that we saw yesterday. I expect to see a bed in my daughters unit today. This is not acceptable and is poor management.
Great lay outs and floor plans . wifi may be a little shotty but decent close to campus.
If you want to stay somewhere after living on campus go over to UNCGs side. The management is crappy and they are SLOW with fixing things. I didn't feel safe over there as well! They change management EVERY YEAR!
This will be my first and last time staying in this apartment complex! I inquired about a 6 month lease originally bc I only had one semester left of school! So that's what I signed up for then come to find out at the beginning of my last month living here my lease date had been altered! I know have a 18 month lease which everyone in the leasing office agreed they don't even offer! But I'm stuck in the lease because "they say so" &a they still can't explain to me how and or why my lease is 18 months when they only offer 6 mo... read more
New management is very nice and they try to stay on top of things my only complaint is taking away wired Ethernet access. Internet is wayyyyyyyy too slow! Sometimes even after contacting the internet provider I will be lucky to maintain 3mbps and that's not good at all compared to previous high speed with Ethernet access. I'm big on technology so internet access is a big make or brake when it comes to renewing my lease.
I really appreciate how Mark Everhart, the General Manager, took care of our every issue on move-in day!! We had several issues with room changes over the last month but Mark made sure that every issue was addressed and fixed. Its a blessing to know that the people who work for Sebastian Village really listen to your concerns and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Thanks Mr. Everhart!! We are grateful for your prompt response and care.
I guess it's cool but if living room came somewhat furnished it would be better,and Except for the fact that they can't control the locals and the gunfire and everything unless they boost up police presence. Tell me why maintenance just came in my apartment at 10 damn 30 laughing and then hammer these stupid numbers on to the doors. I work at 2 am. Why they come do this so late. Now I'm up. I'll be in the office after work tomorrow morning to talk to somebody.
