BEWARE of the Surprise Balance Billing. Florida has laws against it, but because you sign forms (that didn't provide even close to the amount that I was actually charged), you may also receive an unexpected HUGE bill. Why does his office have the word medicine in it's title if they don't prescribe medication for instant relief? It's confusing and is definitely false advertisement.
Dr. Sebastian is one of the most caring people I have ever encountered, and being an RN, when I say that it has meaning. The way he showed a personal interest in my story, the way he explained and conducted that nerve study in an absolute calm and gentle manner was amazing. Dr. Sebastian changed my life! I had been dealing with chronic pain (from different issues) most of my adult life and he helped me through diet education, prolotherapy and steroid injections to help get me to a point that the pain is manageable in my everyday life.
I saw him back in 2013, for indescribable pain. He has been the ONLY one that has helped me in 20 years! And Holistically!
