Absolutely awful experience. I went in asking for blonde highlights and left looking like I had yellow tiger stripes slapped into my hair. The result was nothing close to what I asked for, and honestly looked amateur. On top of ruining my hair, the stylist/owner Paul was unbelievably rude and unprofessional the entire appointment. He called me “frumpy,” yelled at me, and spent most of the time talking trash about his other clients, including the woman who had literally just left before me. Paul had been doing my hair for as long as I can remember!! The environment is uplifting and always full of positive conversations. My hair always gets treated with love and it’s the highlight of my day !!Paul and his staff are masters at their Craft!!!
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. My friend was having her hair done there and I called her not knowing that she was getting her hair done and she had me on speakerphone and I was talking to I think Paul about how bad my hair was and we were all laughing and I said I need to come to you sometime.
