⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you make it to Sebastian's SEB mattress boutique, your search is over and done! You will find yourself in a wonderful calm, quiet and beautiful store which offers otherwise unavailable products in this area. I was met by Sebastian personally. He gave us a private one on one experience. It was about enjoying and trying out his amazing line of products. He was attentive to our needs. He listened. He accommodated us with all of our requests and truthfully and professionally answered all of our questions regarding the mattress industry. At the end of our visit, Sebastian provided me with an amazing mattress which we received today. What a pleasure and joy it was to do business with him. Above and beyond expectations! Allow yourself the pleasure of white glove service and care at SEB.

My experience with SEB, and particularly Sebastian at Coconut Grove was consistently excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and in no way pushy. I bought a Naturepedic layer mattress and was able to swap one firm layer for a medium through Sebastian. The delivery and installation of the platform and mattress were professionally done. Naturepedic lets you swap out the layers within thirty days and mine was delivered and installed by SEB. They returned the firm layer to Naturepedic and all went so smoothly. Talking to Linda at Naturepedic I was told that normally the customers have to ship back the swapped layer themselves and that SEB did this service was an unexpected extra. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience with SEB and Naturepedic. I love my new mattress and the platform. Definitely 5 out of five.
