We had a representative come to give us a quote on a bow window . He came to our house and spent two hours showing us pictures and false (i checked it out) information about another company saying how bad they were for installation. He was so abrasive and condecending I never want to talk to him again.. We got quotes from three other companies and not one of them talked bad about other companies. they only promoted their own product. The inner window seal on their door only lasted 9 years before failing. They stopped manufacturing their doors and ended product support, can't even pay them for a replacement part.
By posting on their website they do not have custom made windows to fit any type of home. Your sales rep cancelled my appointment as "we do not have any windows to fit your home after viewing on Erie County Assessment Website. Window World has replaced 2 of my windows in the past. Guess they get to replace the rest of them.
I absolutely love my new patio door! The entire process was exactly as it was explained from sales to installation. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Seaway Windows for high quality workmanship, and their pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
Aside from the excellent guys who who install, the waiting periods and lack of concern when I made a call for the scheduling of services and the quality of products..I would never recommend Seaway. Use the competition, they have comparible products and treat their employees far better. The service guys are the front liners.
14 years ago we had all new Windows installed in our home ( SeaWay) of course. This year some of the seals in a few of the Windows failed for some reason, causing a film in between the panes. One phone call was all it took. They were very nice and responded quickly. They sent out a service man to see what the problem was ( also a very nice person) and he took a look and had the replacements ordered right away! They replaced 3 sliding glass doors for us. We couldn't be more happy with the quality and the great employees they have putting them in. The quality is unmatched!!!
