I wish I'd listened to the other bad review – I wish I'd listened to the bad review on this page. In the 9 months since we hired them, they reduced our building's occupancy from 95% to 40%, they brought in only ONE new tenant, they refused to do any real marketing but stuck with the same old things they'd always done (sign, ad) even though we gave them some great ideas that worked elsewhere.
