Mike Eckle is about as worthless as they come! A little man that knows nothing, does nothing, and does not care about your home damage. No idea why anyone would ever use Seaway. Mile needs fired and replaced by someone who is capable and cares. Dont return calls or text. Going on 1 year and 6 months with water damage. Condo tore apart and left. No finds to fix anything!! Look him up personally. Can’t manage his own finances now he gets to handle ours. Laughable
HORRENDOUS! Spoke with Mike Eckel today regarding an issue with HOA fees. he was incredibly condescending and unprofessional, raising his voice and using a sarcastic tone during our conversation. Incredibly disappointed with how he handles interactions with tenants.

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, UNETHICAL!! Those are my words to describe this company. They break so many Ohio laws and codes its unreal! Mike Eckel has tried to stop my HOA from holding public meetings, he has tried to tell them they are not allowed to call contractors and that they have no say in anyone who gets hired. He steals money from the HOA, hires contractors that will give him a kick back etc. Please go to the Lucas County Clerk of Courts Dockets and enter in Seaway Asset and review those cases. Truly horrible company run by horrible people. Do everything you can not to get involved with them. They avoid doing any real work by fining tenants and homeowners for anything they can think of. Don't even think about asking about what or why they are charging you. They take it as an insult and they will retaliate.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL>INCONSIDERATE>UNTRUTHFUL COMPANY – I currently have an apartment with Seaway and am VERY UNHAPPY with the decision that I have made. Which is why I have decided to join this site to help anyone I can not make the same mistake! 1. They never follow through upon an agreement rather you have to constantly nag to remind them and hopefully get it accomplished within a decent time period i.e. 1. Worst company imaginable! – As a resident of Heather Village, I couldn't agree more about how unprofessional, unfriendly, and simply inhumane in the handling of resident issues by this company is. We are accused of breaking condo association rules, but when we asked for a copy of these rules so that we could follow them, we were refused. Take caution! The most unprofessional business in Toledo. – Please beware about Seaway! The company seems to have no policies with regards to it's tenants. Every transaction or communication with the management seems to be dictated by the manager's mood and day of the week. Do not think that they will stick to what was agreed in the lease, they will charge more than agreed, and if you confront the blatent disregard of law, they will arrogantly make invalid excuses and never take fault for mistakes.
