Had an appointment for 3:00. The entire place had 3 patients in the facility. Waited 50 minutes to see the doctor at the 35 minute mark expressed I had to be out for personal reason and asked if there was any way to get the doctor to see me. Waited another 15 minutes and still was not able to get medical attention. Honestly making an appointment at 3:00 and waiting 50 minutes to not be seen with no apology and urgency to help me is what we call bad customer service.
