Food is OK but very boring, needs lots of spices. Menu is too repetitive need something new. Less soup especially when it's 90 outside. Veggie wraps are awful, wrap falls apart in your hand while your trying to eat it. Salads are good and some of the dinners are great. Years ago they did a better job but I guess costs have taken a toll on quality. People are very nice and the delivery person is very friendly.

Our Registered Dietitian enjoys creating new healthy delicious meals and quality will always be a priority. We don't over-spice items, knowing not all people tolerate certain spices. However, it is fine to add more pepper and other spices on your own, if it is what you prefer. I first started Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating about 3 years ago and I did very well on the program... I dropped 37 pounds in about 8 weeks only doing the Thursday through Monday plan... I stopped for a couple of years and gained some weight back... I'm back on the 1200 calorie plan and have dropped about 15 pounds in 4 weeks... Some of the meals are not my favorite foods, but they are fresh and for the most part they are good enough to eat... I have run into a couple of items that I really do not care for at all... SS is my "go to" to get back on track with weight loss. I just finished my third week and have lost 10lbs! The food seems improved this time around, the fruits are fresher, variety is better as well. I like taking the extra steps to prepare each meal with a little more than just using a microwave. Do you have a blog on your FB page or website on preparation and serving ideas? I think that might help others avoid the doldrums. BTW, I pick up in Burr Ridge and have to say that they couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
