RecommendedI just completed my second week on the 1200 calorie menu. The food is quite good and I am definitely learning about portion size. I thought I would miss snacking between meals, but once the snacking habit was out of my system I realized I wasn't really hungry between meals. It really was just a habit! I weighed in this morning and am down 25 pounds. Thank you Seattle for seeing this need and stepping up to provide nutritious and tasty foods with lots of variety.

I tried SS before and it was good. This time I'm trying their vegetarian and I'm surprised I am enjoying it much more. It has a variety of food and that helps with boredom. Some things are very, very tasty, others leave a bit to be desired. I would recommend not including fruit in syrup. I usually end up throwing it out. And it makes my "pre-diabetes" full blown.
