I’m so happy to report success with SSHE! I just finished my first five week menu cycle (traditional 1,200 calories) and, not only did my blood pressure go down, I’ve shed 15 pounds during that time! well got my food today and was pleased with what I got the dinner was good and the Avocado was surprisingly fresh if I had to have a down side it would be that they don't have a tracking system or give a tracking number, they do have a phone number you can call for information about tracking but it's just a voice mail and they never call you back, I called this number two days in a row that's disappointing but other then that the food looks good.
i started Seattle Sutton 2 weeks ago, after trying so many other diets, Your food is so fresh, I like it very much,, I think this time, I will have success , keep up the good work
I've been on the 1200 calorie regular plan for two months and am blown away by the change in my body and health in general. I've lost 16 pounds and am feeling awesome!
