Dr.Kim is amazing she jumped head first and got right down to business. She spoke with confidence and amazing bedside manner. Check in was extremely quick immediately had us in a room. We were in and out within a half hour.
I love this clinic and visit them almost every month. The nurses here are really good. BUT they have 0 regards for patient time. Every time I visit here it takes 2-3 hours from check in to leaving. No body will see you up to 1 hour your appointment time. After that an assistant will see you in a room and then you wait for another 15-25 mins for ARNP to come in. And then after ARNP sees your kid getting after visit summary and instructions take another 15-30 mins. Waiting there with sick kid is no fun!
Dr Angela Hernandez is so amazing and kind. The staff and receptionist are very friendly too.
Excellent experience, big thank to all the staff working in this Clinic.
