Worst The worst apartment!! They make u sign paper before they show you the appointment. It is so dirty inside!! Looking good from outside but worst from inside. They rush u to sign papers before u visit the apartment. Because they know u will change your mind. They took our $332!! They have hidden fees like utilities $42. I am glad we didn't sign one year lease!!!

JennyM Well I toured the place for a one bedroom apartment and I was excited about getting approved by them for a spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony. However I put down $100. holding fee to hold the apartment and the guy that toured it right after me had more money to give them so I got showed a cheaper apartment in a different building but it was a disaster! A bunch of lies Not a good place to live they have roaches n try to cover it up the gym is only open at office hours so u can't work out in the early morning just from 10:00 until 5:00 so everything they say is not true

if you want roaches as pets, LIVE HERE this apartments are nice and big to the point i would give them 5 stars however, they had a huge roach infestation, both german and american cockroaches, everyday I am seeing more than a few not including the baby roaches which have been in my daughter bed!! I feel like i'm paying to have roaches as pets. It would be a 5 stars if it wasn't roaches so if you want to live with roaches, this is a perfect place for you. As for me, I can't wait to leave this place.

Would Not Recomend On paper, my apartment looks great. But a lot of the amenities are only available when the club house is open - which is basically during business hours when normal people are working. The building in which i live in is gross to walk in. The hallways and staircases are urine stained from pets, and vandalized by the tenants. Laundry room is gross as well. They shut off water without notification. Buildings are supposed to be secured but hardly ever locked which leads to random people knocking on my door all... read more

Overall a Good Value I was new to the Twin Cities area when I moved into Seasons Parks. Overall the apartment has been a good value. I have lived here for about 4 months now and being on a budget and fresh out of college, it has worked well for me (although it appears the rates have changed sign I signed). The exterior and the hallways are not well maintained but the apartment itself is nice. It is a large one bedroom and with the friendly layout it makes the place feel even larger.
