the place is a dump and falling apart
I’m here and I feel like I’m in the ghetto no maintenance what so ever whoever runs this needs to be fired! It’s disgusting!
Management is a joke and maintenance is too busy riding around in their golf carts putting stickers on vehicles(that are parked in the same spot for more than two days I MEAN, REALLY!!??) instead of addressing maintenance issues that are safety hazards(Gutters, Loose steps, broken railings) Bottom floor apartments flood because gutters are falling down and need replaced, toilets back up into the bathtubs, Ridiculous! You put in a maintenance request and they tell you it's been scheduled to be addressed, but it takes months, ... read more

Great place! The manager is very friendly and helpful! The place is landscaped nicely and is dog friendly! With a dog park!
They got me into a beautiful one bedroom apartment with my balcony looking into the woods recently renovated and very spacious! Everyone in the office was very helpful and worked with me when I came into road bumps. I’ve already recommended seasons on Chelsea to a couple of my friends. Thanks!
Leasing Agent Nicole was very helpful and friendly. When we walked in the available apartment, we knew right away that this was the place for us, after seeing a dozen other apartments in the area. We were able to move in quickly and are loving our new place, especially the newly remodeled kitchen. The staff is quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns. Nicole made the moving process as smooth as possible.
