I had planned to move my sister to Seasons Nursing Care and was in the process of coordinating the transfer. However, I was disappointed to learn that Sarah Kelly from their admissions office failed to mention their 65-year-old minimum age guideline. When the hospital sent over her transfer papers, they were rejected due to this policy. Highly recommend Seasons to anyone looking for a Skilled Nursing/Rehab facility in St George....the staff, especially Jeremy, Sarah, Terral, Yanely, Russell, Lisa, Tawndi and Jacob, are focused on the comfort and care of the residents. They took such excellent care of our Mother, Bettye, during a time that she needed rehabilitation from an injured leg and hip, until she was able to move to assisted living, which they helped us find as well.
