In response to the previous review, I am the sister that he was told to call. Seasons cannot legally give out information to anyone but the legal guardian. He actually had been told by me earlier that day. Seasons is by far the best home to put your loved one in here in St. George. I cannot express how wonderful they are. They treat your loved one like family and I truly love them for that. In fact, they have become my family. My mother just passed this morning while under their care. The nursing staff has been great and since I live in another state I asked to speak with administration about the circumstances of her death. They could not give me any details and told me to call my sister. I am the oldest child and I can't be given any details. Be aware if you have a loved one being cared here at this facility. NOT Happy.
I wonder what it's like to try and threaten someone's first amendment rights just because you don't like what they had to say. Almost like there's a reason it exists What a toxic place this is. If they gaslight their long term employees and refuse them apologies when they are due, and instead issue write ups, imagine what they would do to your loved ones. Go elsewhere.
