I was here for physical therapy although this is also a long term care facility. The staff was unbelievable and my physical therapist Russell was awesome. He knows how to push you just enough and a progressed a great deal and was truly ready to go home. If anyone is looking for a long term care for a loved one I highly recommend this place. In response to the previous review, I am the sister that he was told to call. Seasons cannot legally give out information to anyone but the legal guardian. He actually had been told by me earlier that day. Seasons is by far the best home to put your loved one in here in St. George. I cannot express how wonderful they are. They treat your loved one like family and I truly love them for that. In fact, they have become my family. My mother just passed this morning while under their care. The nursing staff has been great and since I live in another state I asked to speak with administration about the circumstances of her death. They could not give me any details and told me to call my sister. I am the oldest child and I can't be given any details. Be aware if you have a loved one being cared here at this facility. NOT Happy.
