Just made a deposit today to the new virtual teller in the Meriden branch, it was great, very easy to use & my transaction went very quickly. Thank you.
So very disappointed walking into the MAIN BRANCH to discover that the banking I had to do could only be completed via "virtual teller." I was making a deposit on behalf of my elderly grandfather and could not imagine how difficult this would have been for him to do. This is certainly not in line with the mission of the credit union he joined many years ago. The lack of customer service is appalling. These new upgrades to the new main branch is ridiculous. The customer service has gone downhill. Today it took me over an hour to deposit funds because human tellers told me to go use the machines and when the machines didn't work I went back to the human tellers who's then gave me a hard time about my transaction. I am extremely dissatisfied with the route that this bank is going with and we'll be looking for a new financial institution. I am very disappointed in how the credit union has changed. One of the main selling points was the personalized service you would get by a teller greeting you with a big smile. Now it's all going to "virtual teller" status and I think it is horrible! I will be pulling my accounts from this bank in the very near future.
What drew me to join this credit union was the friendly homie feel. I've gotten many friends and coworkers who were not happy with their bank - to switch to Seasons. A big selling point along with the feel was the cookies on Friday, the coffee and kids area. I've just been in the branch and I can't adequately express how very disappointed with the direction the credit union is going. There's no longer a personal experience.
