I have been a member for years. I have seen the decline in LITERALLY every aspect of this bank. just stay away im closing accounts here soon
I have been a member for over 10 years and have had over 10 different loans from $11,000 to $18,000 and I have never once been late on any of them and I've always paid my loans off early but when I go to apply for a small $7500 loan they deny me! I fell on some hard times a couple of years ago and had some unpaid collections that I want to take care of it don't you think that if I had the perfect credit request for a stupid loan that I would even be in this situation?! this is the straw that broke the camels back I am no lon... read more
Useless costumer service!
This is the absolute WORST financial institution I have ever dealt with. You literally cannot deal with an in person teller and you need to provide ID and sign to make a payment? These "virtual tellers" take for-friggin-ever to come on the screen, they can't hear you and vice-versa, and the check feeder thing does not ever work properly. Time to move my business elsewhere.
They are money grubbers raise my payment by double I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to my worst enemy, very unprofessional to say the least .
This credit union has got to have the worst website I have ever been on. I have my car loan through seasons and I have never tried so hard to pay someone in my entire life. I get no confirmation emails, or any emails to speak of, and to get anything accomplished you must call and go through their staff which takes a while. Would not recommend.
You guys have the worst customer service and your policies suck
