Best bank staff ever...Victoria, Allison and Jacob. I do my business banking there and as soon as I walk in the door, I am treated like royalty! I actually look forward to going to this bank every week. They are so patient and helpful.
I worked with Victoria she is AWESOME... she replies super fast at anytime of the day and makes you feel comfortable with whatever you banking needs are. I highly recommend her to anyone she knows her job very well which makes it a awesome experience. I rate her at 100 stars.
Long waits on pay days for money to actually be deposited! It is payday and ONCE AGAIN I cannot access my money because it is "pending". Last time it didn't clear until the bank opened. If that's what happens today, I'm leaving work early to sign up with another place.
The system they consider is awful longer wait times starting at 50, then you having to wait several days for a Lone. Omg this is way to complex.
