I received an offer in the mail, it said to call Customer Service, I had several questions pertaining to my accounts and the new offer, when I called the CS Rep was short and abrupt and told me to go online and apply. I do not want to apply until I have my questions answered so I sent an email from The Seasons site two weeks ago and have not received a response. Very frustrating
We applied for our mortgage through Season's and the process was long and grueling. The loan itself is outsourced to another company, which I don't care about because I can actually make payments easier than if I needed to use their services. We were required to open an account with our mortgage, no big deal, right??? Wrong. I have spent more time asking for fee reversals for an account that I don't use because you are charged if you don't use the account, use online banking, or want paper statements. Been a customer here for 5 years or more. The past year all they do is find ways to charge any fee possible. The customer service sucks and half the people have no idea what they are talking about. Seems like they need to keep charging us fees to pay for all the renovations and virtual tellers. They do not appreciate their customers. Unfortunately I will be finding a new bank one that actually cares and doesn't go through employees like they are trash!
If I could give this bank a 0 I would've. The most inconvenient bank EVER! The fact that you have to wait at least 45 minutes just to even speak to someone is RIDICULOUS. Even though it was just to get statements printed since we where having issues with there online banking. Oh get that you have to pay for the statements at that! If you need to be someone where plan ahead for sure!! �� UPDATE!!! Come to find out when we closed the bank account and got a check for a VERY LARGE AMOUNT they NEVER SIGNED THE FUCKING CHECK!!! Closed out account. Not dealing with a teller through video and audio on an ATM. Customer service pethetic!
Mainly not happy about being forced into face timing a teller to make a deposit. It was so much quicker and easier (not to mention I would rather have a flesh and blood human in front of me rather than a pixel human when dealing with accounts and money). I have had an account since I was a small child, and got "kid bucks" to redeem for small trinkets to encourage saving money as a child.
