Best run chain restaurant ever, in a "Get your ass to Mars" kind of way. Phoenix, you are Douglas Quaid.
The restaurant was great, four or five stars, easy. My beef (no pun intended) comes after my visit because I subscribed to email updates. The unsubscribe feature does not work, at least not how it should. If I click on the "unsubscribe" link you should just unsubscribe me. DO NOT ask me to enter my email address, you already have it, USE IT!!! Then don't tell me that it will take up to 48 hours to take effect.
