I had issues with my hearing aid battery and sound, even though I never purchased them from this store. They replaced the battery and adjusted the sound settings at no cost, and now I can hear everyone clearly. Both the staff were incredibly helpful and reliable, and I highly recommend their services.
I am always able to find solutions for my hearing aides.The staff are marvelous!
What a great little clinic!! LeeAnn, the Client Care Coordinator, is super friendly and extra helpful. The Audiologist, Erin, was so kind and absolutely wonderful at explaining everything I needed to know as a first time hearing aid wearer. I’m so glad I selected this clinic out of the many options in Halifax.
Good location and staff
I needed a small repair done for one of my two hearing aids. The audiologist was very nice and did the repair quickly. She said that there was no fee because it was a simple repair. Great experience. The Amplifon office I went to is on Chebucto Road, near the CBC Halifax studios.
