So hard to call those 3 locations and make an appointment.
I cannot recall the last negative review I posted. I would give zero stars on this review if it was possible. I met with Dr. Collin Smith regarding foot pain and after a brief exam, he referred me for an x-ray which I had done the next morning and called his office to report the x-ray results were ready. I waited 5 days and didn't hear back so I called his Poway office number and asked that they have him call me because the foot pain was significant and I wanted to know the recommended course of action based on the x-ray. This month marks 4 yrs coming to Poway office. Dr. Smith has been so kind and very communicative. He always takes the time to meet with you following the appointment and makes sure you understand where things are at. The staff is always extremely accommodating, friendly and bilingual. They even great me by name. Thank you, you are all phenomenal!!
I am so grateful for Dr. Smith and his incredible staff and would recommend Seaside Foot and Ankle to everyone. Dr. Smith went out of his way to help my teenage daughter after she broke her ankle. He took his time to educate both my daughter and myself about her injury and helped us understand the next steps to take for long term healing. The staff was kind and the office was nice. It is also in a convenient location, by Pomerado Hospital. Thank you Seaside Foot and Ankle!
Be ready to wait 1-2 hours after your appointment time in a tiny crammed office. People are literally sitting on the FLOOR every time I've had an appointment here. That is despicable and so degrading for your patients. At what point is it medical neglect and abuse to make patients sit on the floor and waste 2 hours of their time? This seems to be their regular operations, as well, and not just "falling behind" on an off day. Schedule better and treat your patients with more dignity.
