Most incompetent office I have ever been to. The office was supposed to call me regarding an issue and never called me back. I’ve been calling for days in a row now and still have not been able to speak with anyone to help me. Will not be returning and will let everyone know how they resolve my issue if they even do.
horrible service and horrible experience. the staff was miserable and could care less about being nice. i wanted to walk out right away but it took so long to even get myself to get the eye exam. i pushed thru but it never got better. the dr. lim seemed like she hated to be there and had some cold arrogant attitude with me. rushed me thru the exam and talked so fast did not listen to me much. doing me a favor to answer some questions. not there to make me happy. no thank you, no graciousness no gratitude. awful. and the gir... read more
the most miserable experience ever. i felt the bad energy right away when i walked in there. no hello, no happy to help you, nothing but hating their jobs. dr. lim was no better. she rushed thru the exam and did not want to spend much time answering any questions. she had some arrogant attitude and doing me a favor to be there at all. shes angry and has no business being there. who knows if she got my prescription right with that attitude. the girl at the glasses cases was lazy and rude. disgusting all the way around. they ... read more
