I have been here twice and have not had good experiences here. The last psychiatrist i had she told me I was bipolar and gave me this medicine that didn't work and when I would say it wasnt working she didn't listen to me. I found a new doctor and told me I was adhd and I actually have meds that help me. She was not a help at all and the people at the front are also no help with money or billing. I had a therapist here before too but she wasnt helping me at all as well just not a very good practice to go to.
I have been going to this practice for several years and have never received anything but polite and professional care from Jennifer Cooke and the office staff.

Jennifer Cooke is amazing and this review is not because of her. She was attentive and caring. However, I do not trust whoever is in charge of billing there. I went there for 2.5 years solely for medication management, ONLY for med management, never had a change in insurance, but was barely ever billed the same amount. Always check your EOB from your insurance. I finally caught that they had billed both me and my insurance for the same amount of $75, when I should've only paid $18. I have been seen by Dr. Brown for several years 8+. My experience has been excellent. She is a seasoned professional that genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Brown has been very instrumental in the positive improvements of my well being and of my family's. Her staff is always very respectful and professional over the phone and in person. I always look forward to my visits.
