Jennifer Cooke is amazing and this review is not because of her. She was attentive and caring. However, I do not trust whoever is in charge of billing there. I went there for 2.5 years solely for medication management, ONLY for med management, never had a change in insurance, but was barely ever billed the same amount. Always check your EOB from your insurance. I finally caught that they had billed both me and my insurance for the same amount of $75, when I should've only paid $18. I have been seen by Dr. Brown for several years 8+. My experience has been excellent. She is a seasoned professional that genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Brown has been very instrumental in the positive improvements of my well being and of my family's. Her staff is always very respectful and professional over the phone and in person. I always look forward to my visits.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years. Never really had an issue before- Jennifer Brown was always usually a little late for our appointments (I get things come up) and I asked the receptionist if someone could call me (a few months ago) Today- my 2pm appointment, I jump on. At 2:15 I called the office saying “she’s not on yet. Do you know when she’ll jump on?” The young lady said she’s really backed up today and she’s running late. I have been a patient here for over a year. The front desk staff is kind and professional. My NP is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a better understanding of my health since being with this practice.
