I know this, I will not call back this outfit to take a look at my air conditioning. They sent some guy to my home and basically talked about the issue on my unit and when I asked him to take a look at my unit in the attic, he stressed that it would be an additional charge. He left without leaving me with a receipt or invoice of the work he did. Unsatisfactory
