Horrific experience. Don't even rate a star. Tried 3 times to install an a/c unit still is not working. They do not return phone calls, had the nerve to tell me he went out of his way to get me a new unit which still does not work. Installers do not know what they are doing. Stay as far away from them as you can.
I had a very bad and disappointing experience. Do not use their service. They never returned my calls, the contractor did not keep the appointments, and they appear to be unqualified. After making all the measurements for a bathroom job, they got it wrong, then they postponed the work for two weeks, but they did not show up to start the job as they promised (it cost me two days of work waiting for them). They charged me almost $4000 (30% of the contract), which I paid, (they charged Sears credit card), but they never deliver... read more
