i was not greeted when i entered the store. looked for a matress for abt 15 mins & was not offered assistance once! employees were too busy laughing & joking around; not sure why they needed that many people on the floor if no one was actually working.

Recently bought a refrigerator with my parents and Ayla was an excellent saleswoman and translator for my parents who speak little English. Would definitely recommend her, very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Will be coming back for a new washer and dryer specifically for her help! Love this place thank you again!
