To be continued Extremely disappointed in the service from a public company and most of all such a well known one. Drive a long distance to purchase a item and was told sorry by the manager that he closed all the registers and I would have to come back tomorrow, however he would do me a favor and hold it for tomorrow? I had a fantastic experience there. Everyone there was very helpful and i saved almost 60℅ on a like new LG Refrigerator and matching Gas range..I always recommend that place to my friends.
Poor inventory. Poor service. No wonder they are struggling. You can stand there for 15 min and not be helped. In fact, they will avoid eye contact.

There is not a zero star but that is what I would give this location for customer support & willingness to right a wrong. Bought a refrigerator to be delivered. Was not delivered the day promised because the salesman at the store did not send the delivery request to the delivery company. After MANY wasted hours between my wife & myself, the store manager thought our wasted time & effort was only worth a $79 delivery charge refund!!!!!! Never stepping into a sears outlet store AGAIN!!!!!!!
