I am right now on hi old yet again for a refund I should of had since December. I had to take off work, drive from Spring to Westheimer, wait 1 1/2 hours in the store with a manager named Zomora. She has now placed her employee Ethan on the phone to deal with me rather than pick up the phone to speak to me herself. its was bad enough that their phone line was "down" for 2 months. What a complete waste of a drive, employees there know nothing about the product, you get there and they want more then you can go buy a brand new model for. The store is a dump I would not recommend going there you might as well just go to Sears.com.
