Worse experience ever!! 1st of all the sales associate that worked with me was rude as I don't know what period then at my friend shows up and I leave it plugged in for over 2 days in it didn't work. So I called back and asked that it needed to be picked up and get my refund. Since I paid cash I had to wait for them to have money from the bank available to give me my refund back. Ana was my sales representative and she was OUTSTANDING! Customer service is extremely important to me when making a major purchase, Ana was excellent in answering any questions and readily pointed out the issues (which were minor) on the dishwasher. I appreciate the manner in which there was “high pressure selling”, only honesty! There is No on my part to always recommend Sears Outlet, San Jose!!!!
