Cynthia was amazing. She provided the utmost professionalism and outstanding customer service. The deals were awesome I got 60% off on a LG SIGNATURE washer and dryer set. I would recommend anyone looking for any appliances, home decor, furniture or anything your heart desires to go to sears outlet off San Jose and ask for Cynthia.
Cynthia helped me with my fridge last night. I have to say her help was so much better than Home Depot & Lowes. She got her tape measure out and made sure it would fit the opening and through the door. She was knowledgeable and willing to find the answer if she didn’t have it. She is a jewel and I can highly recommend the store for the bargains and Cynthia to help you find the right appliance!
I absolutely love Mrs. Robin and Mrs. Dinah. I was in the store early Saturday morning and Robin made sure that we knew exactly what we really needed to purchase (the store was packed with people) but she was patient with us. We wanted to think on and when we returned before closing Rodin was still there available to help when and where needed. Dinah welcomed us immediately as we walked through the door.
