I've been waiting on a fridge for 3 WEEKS. I've called and they've assured delivery 4 times. Was told it was coming tomorrow and still no phone call! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Purchased a fridge the delivery guys did not know what they were doing and scratched the door and handles really bad. They tried to cover it up with paint but it was ruined. I called to complain a couple of times but was always dismissed or hung up on. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
April 25th just after placing order get a phone call from the store stating that the "choppy thing" was missing and that the manager would need to contact the warehouse on Monday the 27th to get one shipped. Then the manager would call by Wednesday April 29th to set up delivery. Never received phone call back that week. May 5th contacted store to find out the status and was told there was an issue getting the parts from the warehouse and that shipments came in on Wednesdays s...Continue Reading
