Went in to sears outlet for a toolbox, left with two and a stove. Great deals throughout. Had items delivered but stove arrived damaged. They went out of their way and had me a brand new one delivered the same week. Outstanding service and experience.

This store provides horrible customer service. I ordered a refrigerator that was "new in box". It took 11 days to deliver it and when it was delivered it was missing shelves for the refrigerator door and it had many dents on the doors. The response from "management" was we can try to get you shelves or we will come and get the refrigerator. How long will I have to wait to get another one? I don't know. I am your customer.
