Barb and Rick were wonderful and very accomodating. Highly suggest looking here for your house needs.
After being sold a defective washing machine, I spoke to Hugo (asst. manager). He solved my problem by replacing the washing machine with a better model that actually sold for about $150 more. He gave it at an even exchange and had it delivered the next day. This was excellent customer service.
Francine R was very helpful! She was Thoughtful and considerate with us about picking out a fridge/freezer and within our price range. Everything went smoothly! I will be asking for her when we purchase another appliance! Thanks for all your help!

Came in for a dishwasher the one we wanted was missing a part. I ended up getting one that was in much better condition,w/all the parts, for the same price. Can't beat that!!!
